Launch Webinar: New IRIS+ Guidance on Adopting an Equity Lens Across Investment Sector

With PolicyLink and CapEQ, the GIIN has updated the IRIS+ Thematic Taxonomy (beginning page 42), which will serve as a guiding resource for applying an equity lens across investment sectors. This work articulates how the strategic goals within the IRIS+ Racial Equity theme intersect with different investment themes, why that matters, and where racial equity-oriented goals show up in each investment theme.

In this webinar, hosted by Tynesia Boyea-Robinson (CapEQ) on April 27, 2023, we hear from representatives of each of the three organizations whose Racial Equity Lens investing work is spotlighted in this document: Melissa Bradley (1863 Ventures), Rachel J. Robasciotti (Adasina Social Capital), and Skya Ducheneaux (AKIPTAN).
